We get it. Clients sometimes have to reschedule, or they late cancel or no show. That’s why we give you 10 cancellations a month–if you cancel a room you booked 24 hours prior to the time of reservation, you will be credited the booking amount back to your account. These cancellation credits can be used for future bookings. Once you’ve used up all 10 cancellations within a month, you will not be able to cancel your bookings.
All memberships are charged on a monthly basis. You can start your membership on any day of the month and we’ll prorate the first month. After that, you’ll be billed on the first of the month for your upcoming month’s membership.
Room bookings are charged on a weekly basis.
We love to see you grow your caseload and we want to celebrate that. We have a tiered pricing system which starts at $25/hour and you can book as far as 30 days in advance. The more you book the lower the hourly rate goes. Room rates vary (by room type) and bills are generated every week at the end of day on Saturday.
1-10 Hours ~ $25
11-15 Hours ~ $20
16-20 Hours ~$15
21+ Hours ~ $10
Jen knows she wants to book 7 hours a week for the whole month for a total of 28 hours. If she reserves all 28 hours in advance at the beginning of the month then her total would only be $505.
Here’s the breakdown:
$25 x 10 hours = $250
$20 x 5 hours = $100
$15 x 5 hours = $75
$10 x 8 hours = $80
Total for the month = $505, about $18/hour (Sounds like a sweet deal!)
